Work Environment\n

This position operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while still fostering a strong collaborative team culture. The role is structured around regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, ensuring that our dedicated therapists maintain their well-being while providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices and innovative interventions.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate meaningful progress in clients’ emotional and mental states.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client information is handled with the utmost care and privacy.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer supervision meetings to enhance clinical skills and improve patient outcomes collectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and supportive community resources to empower their participation in the healing process.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and methodologies, using this knowledge to enhance your practice and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele we serve come from various backgrounds and experiences, presenting a range of mental health conditions such as trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other emotional challenges. As a member of our team, you will provide individualized care, adapting your therapeutic approach to suit the specific needs and circumstances of each client. Your role will be integral to fostering resilience among individuals seeking support as well as their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of New Jersey.

• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions to address the diverse needs of clients effectively.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing therapeutic relationships based on trust and empathy.
\n
• A demonstrated ability to navigate complex clinical situations and critically analyze comprehensive assessments.

• A commitment to working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, valuing and contributing to mutual support and professional growth.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient or community mental health settings, particularly with diverse populations.
